We chose real flavor over efficiency.
Bangkok has everything — or so it seems. But as a Japanese baker living here, there was one thing I simply could not find: truly delicious bread that I could proudly serve my family every day.
So I made it myself. Using 100% Japanese-method flour, we pursue that signature fluffy, chewy texture that only comes from patience and craft.
